The chances of the LAMP not going ahead are more than non trivial, but not real great imo. If forced to put a number on it, I would guess about 10% for a reasonable delay and 2% for a long protracted delay or never.
While it would eventually be built somewhere else, LYCs first mover advantage would disappear and it would take years for the price to rebound, not an acceptable situation for me.
It is the nature of stock specific message boards to make it difficult for bears, while permitting the excesses of bulls. However this board is better than many of the other public or even private boards I've participated in.
