I would be staggered if the retail placement is taken up by any shareholders considering the current price, however i have my concerns that Hartleys are playing a game with HOG?
If you take into account what has happened with the share price since the announcement first came out re the capital raising.
It seems obvious to any of us that have a suspicious mindset that Hartleys had prior knowledge of this and started advising their clients to sell prior to the announcement.
If the shortfall, which will be substantial IMO, is then taken up by Hartleys clients and then once these shares are on the open market the share price then rises, I will be asking for a please explain via ASIC.
I do have a very suspicious mind after trading on the ASX for many years now.
I did not take up my allotment, you would have to be a complete dill to have done that, however i have great faith in the long term future of HOG and will continue to top up my holding whilst these bargain prices remain, within my budget of course!!!
