I think your takeover price range sounds about right but I would still be disappointed. I value the company at 40c based FY12 NPAT of $3m and a 1c dividend. The company also has plenty of growth opportunities beyond integrating the recent acquisition. Would you be happy with 35c today or 60 cents in 2 years time? It's all about time preference but I prefer the latter.
