    I am NOT recommending anyone to buy nor sell shares... Has anyone questioning whether Taifeng will honour the 3.3c share placement?

    What if sp dropped to 0.9c (to prevent exercising 1c options), will Taifeng still honour the 3.3c placement or negotiate issuing shares at 1c instead (even more shares)???

    Even at 1.7c, I am questioning whether they will honour 3.3c placement.
