    Reiner, a very good synopsis.

I purposely stayed out of talking up the trading halt as I saw great expectations leading to disappointment.

I 100% agree with you on the proposed Russian deal-it is a test case that if successful will aid further partnerships.

Can't find much info on deltaran, but appears to mimic the action of delta-sleep inducing peptide with alters neural activity/emotional processing. Will see what else I can find out.

I wonder what the cash offer for TMC was?

Many have been quick to call Russia a dud, but the sad reality is that Australia is a joke when it comes to the pharmaceutical industry. We should be a major global player but governments past and present have failed to invest the health sector/ RD industry in Australia. While the rest of the developed world (UK,USA, Japan etc) have increased investment in medical research/RD in time of global recession to build wealth in the future, Australia is greatly behind on a per capita basis. What we do best is dig rocks out of the ground and ship them off to China-embarrassing put nicely. Australia has the brains and willingness to have a successful biotech industry but lacks investment/leadership/ courage from those in Canberra. The cost of drug development in Australia is very uneconomical. Hence everything must go offshore to be developed- even Russia has more opportunity than Sydney. This also explains the drive to list in the UK.

Lets hope that they concentrate on building revenue from Stirling health and the pharma plant and good things come from the HDA down the track.
