When I have some spare time over the coming weeks I'm going formalize a complaint with the ASIC regarding the issues stated below. For starters!!!

Investigate whether the issue of certain shares & options are deemed "Uncommercial transactions" pursuant to?Section?588FB?of the Corporations Act 2001. Particularly, if they've been issued to associated parties of company officers for no consideration or for consideration below fair market value.?Pretty simple & inexpensive investigation for the ASIC to conduct.

I also believe that the company officers are not exercising?their powers and discharging their duties with the degree of "care and diligence" that a reasonable person would exercise as per Section 180 of the Act.
