Hi veeone,
Why is the passive attitude?
Shareholders, small & large, have the power to reward or indeed punish directors according to their performance.
This stands true specially when managemement don't hold a significant equity & they don't have a "buddy" like LJC to keep them in their positions.
We DO have the power.
I am waiting till the AGM,before we get more proactive.
In the meantime ,I am investigating options.
Rome wasn't built in a day.
