Closed at 0.09.
Note the open=0.12.
Fib Settings 0.07/0.12.
Count the chart 1.2.3.4.5=Up .
Same fib tools stay in place .
Note the =38.2 retracement at 0.009.
Note one up and we have had a two down.
Holds this vibration, you can see where this chart is going.
