PXUPA is an excellent buy at current prices imo, as this is 'actually' producing over 17%pa yield at these prices, whilst other compareable hybrids (GNSPA, ELDPA etc) are selling at higher prices.

PPX will start producing positive results beginning with the new FY (which is only two weeks way). As Warren Buffet once said, be fearful when others are greedy and be greedy when others are fearful. Many PPX and PXUPA holders are fearful at present, so I am adding to my holdings.
