Having re-read (always a good idea!) the update my last posting was maybe too bleak-can also interpret 'somewhat stabilised' as varying considerably either side of a rough average rather than being a continued but slower decline.
Also note that at Joann the plan is 'to continue to gradually' increase the choke size which does imply that this has already been happening and may be the cause of or at least contributory to the decline
