Also note that the acquisition of Clever will increase BigAir's NPAT by around 300% and its EBITDA by around 50%. I don't think this is fully built in to the share price yet.
Over what time frame? If you are referring to FY12 it's probably not in the share price yet because there is no way it is going to happen. NPAT is not going to increase 300% with EBITDA only increasing 50%, that's just not possible.
