Sorry to deflate your statement but the directors got these shares for "free". They did not pay anything for them. This is part of the incentive plan approved by shareholders last July. I assume Ryan got 2m by staying till 31/12/10, 3m for doing capital raises sufficient to fund the year and 7.5m for the share price remaining above 5c. Why should he get the capital one as it would appear the con note achieved a good part of this requirement and he contributed to this. So he got a cool "free" 3m for funding himself. Not a bad trick to get an extra $180,000 in stock for putting in some debt not equity.

Also looks like he sold some shares. The 3B states before transaction that he held 2,166,667 directly and after he holds only 2,000,000. Something has to be wrong.

The Chairman got the 2.5m for the share price remaining above 5c.
