Not only are you giving investment advice, but it's terrible advice at that.

You write...

"Those that don't have the cash but have stacks of shares (hundreds of thousands) could consider selling some to raise the cash and also participate in the SPP."

Then immediately follow up with...

'I think that the SPP will be oversubscribed anyway. We can make sure that it is heavily oversubscribed.'

So I ask you: "Why would someone sell a percentage of their shares at less than 5% above the SPP only to get a refund cheque in the mail 3 weeks later?"

If you are that concerned about cancer, make a tax-deductable donation to a research charity.

Don't post statements like these - they're misleading.
