A consolidation will not occur until they have another project ready to go and it will have to be an established investment providing immediate cash flow for the company not a speculative investment. The reason for this is simple, for a reconstruction to be viable for the company the share price has to be up substantiately higher, not at .001. If this is the case the company will go to shareholders asking for cash for the aquisition, share holders will want something in retun, something tangible before they part with anymore cash, something with economic value, there is no point doing a reconstruction at the present SP as the company simply have nothing to offer share holders. The company is not dead, it has over a million dollars in the bank and the two gold projects pending. I expect the board will take a little time to consider its position and once that is done they will move quickly in that direction. Whilst everyone has been concentrating on the REE project the company has also been working on the two gold projects, something may come from that sooner than we all expect. My views only, DYOR.
