Phoenix, having studied the track record of QMC over the last twelve months or so, I am sure that the new board recruits to the company would have realised by now that something is very much amiss.

The first thing they would have noticed in my opinion is the management style of H.R. which obviously has many flaws in it.

Nobody from such a well run icon such as BHP would join the board unless he had something to offer, and it is my strong feeling that at some time or other there will have to be a boardroom struggle in an effort to right the wrongs and get the company on an even keel and advancement mode.
