re: Ann: Marion Commences Major Restructuring... The company does have assets, and a JV Partner may buy the assets. If they pay less than about $50M for them, shareholders will get nothing, and thats the big risk investors have in this company.
Whoever takes over will need to pay Marion at least $50M for the assets and will need at least another $10M in cash to move the project anywhere.

Under current financial conditions, I find it doubtful that Marion will receive anywhere near this much money for these assets.
