It has also made me realise just how emotional people get and how everyone wants an iphone but no one wants to know how its made. Everyone wants wind generators and flat screen TV's and again doesnt want to know how its made.

Sure there are issues with mining and processing the REE's but this happens in every industry. At any other time this issue wouldnt have hit the front page but due to earth quakes and tsunamis nuclear power and radioactive waste is the talk of the town.

Well guess what folks.

Its got nothing to do with it.

Its all about paying off the right people.

Now that Lynas has become a billion dollar processing plant and first kid outside of China off the block, the "arrangement" is being re negotiatiated at levels we will never see or hear about.

In asia its all about whats in it for me. How will it benefit me and my family. (From a politicians point of view)

Graft and corruption are like morning tea here. You dont buy land, negotiate contracts, erect buildings, hire workers, get the phone connected or do anything without paying someone off.

So go get your back pack and travel a bit and see it in action.

Thanks for pushing down the share price. I will buy more as soon as markets open.

Trust me folks money in little packets is changing hands as you read this and its all over, bar a few tweaks here and there (fodder for the newspapers) Lynas will open and a year down the track this will all be dusted and done and I will be posting via my tablet.
