IMO Afr is being accumulated as iv stated many times the register is tightly held apart from the top 20 holding half the stock .

there are many long term holders that wont sell yet and happen to hold large parcels as they were acquired below .06 all in all not much available .
the reasoning for my thinking the above is the share price would race up in multiple points because the stock available is small so buyer takes out chunks at a time eases off then goes again sometimes you could see the large buys placed .
at some point this stops the price drifts lower as the buyer stops it drifts to a certain point then the action starts again keeping the price in check no overheating .
its happen so many times check the chart for activity make your own conclusions Afr has a valuable resource and its know in the industry if someone wants to make a play one would need to know what price to offer but for the time being they accumulate at what ultimately be a big discount to the figure required once all the facts figures are in .
all IMO please do own due diligence as I'm biased and invested for over 1.5 years
