A drop isnt a drop until it sells for less than what it was purchased for.
Just because RE agents tell bs to get customers doesnt mean the drop is real.
I seen a property on the market go from $420 to being sold for $340k.
They bought it 5 years earlier for $315k.
A drop, I dont think so. Crappy growth yes, but its not a drop.
People are just greedy in their initial expectations.
