Your figures for valuation are meaningless as they don't take into account average EPS for this year and next year. Go to Comsec, see the Morningstar figures. Average EPS is 24 cents. Day traders are only giving no more than 10 x Average 2 year EPS for gold mining shares of Oceana gold's size. Hence the valuation is around $2.40. EPS in 2013 is not meaningfull as we don't know what gold will worth then.
My concern is why has OGC's EPS fallen in the last few weeks for this year and next year by a significant amount.
