Go through what process, yak? 9 good folk died doing a damned good deed. Death of any sort other than natural causes is not worth it - that's the process which you fail to go through, believing that there are a hell of a lot of people who deserve death. I've gone through the "process." It's called maturity and an understanding of the dignity of human life no matter what the casing it's carried in. Yours included.
You're not going through the process of asking "was it worth it?" You're going through the process of saying that saving the lives of Indonesians is not "worth it."
