thanks petepan - very helpful. I'll go and track down the UOADEV docs - I should have done that earlier.
I'm also hopeful there will be a special dividend, although I think the amount available might be a bit lower - I think they realised $95m in the end, and will have fees to organising bank. They've also spent about $7.5m already for on market purchase of UOADEV shares.
