Big players have less than 6 weeks left to 'shake the tree' before a decision is announced. If they have firm belief that BTU will advance, then they are going to try and pry out as many weak holders as they possibly can, because if approval is granted i doubt these prices will ever be seen again for BTU.
Don't underestimate the size of the big picture game the heavy hitters play.
