    I tried to buy some shares today and COULD NOT !!!!!

    As explained to me by ETRADE, as the last sale was 10c and the next buy is 12.5c, my purchase would cause a 25% price movement. This is apparently prohibited. So even though there are shares for sale, you cant buy them !!!!!

    1 hour on the phone.....not happy Jan !!!
