Yes the way SuperLLC ended for us wasnt ideal but the relaunch of Centro is pretty much going to revolve around CER.

All the syndicates and CNP debt holders will be buying into CER using a benchmark of 41c NTA (Could be higher after June 2011 revaluations are done)

If our NTA declines after the merger, yes we will royally screwed. Thats when we get out our pitchforks and torches and pay a visit to the Glen!
