Don't think JV is partly factored in to current SP at all...

...it's a major derisking step for 'the project'. The forerunner to finance, govt permits, Conventions etc...other major pieces of the puzzle.

To me, Current SP is waiting for it...not allowing for it!!

Hopefully markets are more positive when the announcement comes...better general sentiment would be nice.

Just read on Bloomberg, almost $4 Trillion in value has been erased from Global Equity markets since the May 1 peak...

Reversing that trend will help...
