    Hi prosperman

Your post just doesn't add up.

How did MEO know A#1 was a duster 23 Nov when the spud was 25 Nov and TD 10/11 Dec?

    Psychics?

Did PBR, who also looked at the Geo Data and paid to farmin to the permit also know A#1 was a duster pre-spud?

Regarding Anatol, because you referenced him stating that:

'As Antol has stated did a credit/raising when thinking the drill was a duster'

Before I answered his post, I checked what he was saying through Dec 2010 (post CR) during the drilling of A#1. Agreed, he did say A#1 could be a duster, like any fair minded investor, but also actively promoted the upside if it was a success and the downside of failure was acceptable. This was right up to his last post (6 Dec) pre-duster.

Anatol stated he bought in at 44c and sold out before TD. The SP at his last post was 52c so we can only 8c per share is an 18% profit - for 125k shares this is a profit of $10000 over 4 days. These are the facts as they present themselves and well done Anatol for making a profit.

Anatol is a trader, he has told us that he works 8hrs a day trading stocks and i don't begrudge any trader/investor making a profit as that what we are all hoping to do. Traders do all in their power to realise that profit but then, unfortunately, the Market becomes a cash box and the companies, along with their investors, well being is secondary.

So, apart from staying fundamentally, a public listed company must raise funds wherever possible to retain shareholder value, otherwise they wouldn't exist.

It is the manipulation, fabricating and bending of the facts that I don't like and then posting them on HC, be it upramping or downramping. And its purpose is only to play on the emotions of the retail investors you are talking about prosperman.

But we should all DYOR, even within the HC forum.

So, is it the management of companies who make create SP negativity or is it the knowledgeable traders who know how to play the newcomers in an emotional market?

When the opportunity arises the traders will be back in MEO. They probably are back in, even now, waiting for the next pump.

I agree, results are what are needed to move the SP which is why MEO is a LT buy because results do take time.

MEO continue to actively progress their goals.

    And as far as:

    'has anyone seen a dividend?'

This also doesn't add up. How many SC emerging O&G companies give out dividends? Like blurrt says there are not many who have increased their cash value after the GFC, followed by two dusters in two years.
