I think throughout these forums, we are seeing a lot of panic whenever there is negative price action - understandably so given the world isn't in the best shape and the Greek debt problem would just be the catalyst into GFC 2 (like Lehman Bros). Of course, if stocks are trading negatively overseas, it is very likely that the same subdued sentiment would rock the ASX, especially more risky juniors.

This is a short term view which often corrects itself over the medium to longer term. Why? Because fundamentals always win out in the end.

This leads to a review of FML. It appears that nearly all the posters on the FML threads agree that FML is undervalued:
    1. Its current shareprice is not reflective of the potential of its current mines (which it has taken to production),
    2. The tremendous upside in TI,
    3. The bullish price of gold (variety of factors which will not be discussed here),
    4. We have strong management, who are doubling their efforts through capital raisings to quicken the discovery-to-production process to place FML in the best position to take advantage of the gold rally.

At the end of the day, the intrinsic value of FML is far greater than what it trades at, especially factoring the potential of both TI and the gold price.

Although FML may be struggling in the short term (noting however, that it has recovered to 7.7), its intrinsic value and its potential has not changed.

We should only be worried if an announcement comes out saying FML suddenly ran out of gold, or that TI is a bust. Until then, with all the negative price action, nothing has changed.
