Perhaps it's time for shareholders to ask management for some understanding of what is going on? Shareholders will need to understand if we are to give the big tick.
I also see Blackrock Investments Australia may have taken up 50% of the offering. Will look into these guys.

Not sure if the options are a bad thing as yet. Need further info from TFS. However the money looks like it is going to be used for expanding the business which is a positive (build assets). The options offer provides TFS with the opportunity to pay a significant portion of the loan back by turning this into equity. Provided the assets acquired generate positive cash flow / returns at least equal to current projected / share (non dilute) I will be happy.
Time for shareholders to join arms and ask management relevant questions at the indicated GM either in person or by proxy.
No point in burning management at the stake yet until we understand what's up.
