Myronc, the extension of the interest bearing notes would seem to be a formality, 10% is nothing to be sneezed at!
However the non interest bearing notes would have to be at substantially better terms in my opinion. (Better than an extra 2 year wait without any compensation in the form of interest, free options or shares). At present the lowest they can convert their notes is at 1 cent per share, so something attractively below current share price conversion would have to be the minimum necessary (plus attached options), i.e. attractive discount to 0.5 cents per share, with free attached options.
I know LT holders are severely shafted already, and that sucks to the absolute max, but notes (is that $30M worth?)are better converted to shares at some future date, than paid out in cash later this year.
Time will tell,
Good luck to all holders, especially long termers,
Gatesy
