The instructions in the scriptures you have quoted are not for Christians. They are from an agreement with God that no longer applies to Christians. A Christian is a person who believes that Jesus lived a sinless life and died to impute His righteousness to them. This is the new agreement. The commandments you have listed are from the old agreement (or covenant). If you are relying on your own ability to be a good boy (or girl) then you have a comprehensive list that you can check through to see how well you are doing. There are some scriptures in the New Testament about cutting your hand off or plucking your eyes out but they are only to ironically point out one way of keeping all the 'rules'.
