No not necessarily anyone from DOR, just my network...and people in that could be wrong too, I understand that. I'm just letting you know why I hold certain opinions and positions.

What's this moving the goalposts business? The TO's will make economic and strategic decisions to further their own interests, one of those being to thwart seabed mining. You know yourself that on the western side of the Eylandt Lionel and Territory Trepang Traders have been trying to get things up and running for donkey's years.

I'm not an expert in sea bed mining..I felt that you would probably know much more about all this than me. That's why I posed the question, because cyclones are an issue during the wet...you've given me a generalised answer, I appreciate that, even though I would have preferred a more descriptive answer in terms of those screne thingys I've been reading about.
