I think it unlikely they'd drill laterals in a seam of consistent 100mD perm, for two reasons. First, you don't need to, and second, high perm increases the risk of losing the well.
They might get 100mD locally around structural closures but I doubt they'll get 100mD across the entire Bohena.
"Up to 100mD" could mean, for all we know, 5mD across the field except for a single good test. Will be interesting to see what happens.
What presentation did you find? I don't remember seeing any mention of 100mD either...
