    My problem with the explanation given is this: They found out the results at 2:10pm, but then spent over an hour drafting an announcement and emailing it to the relevant parties BEFORE calling a trading halt.

    Given the sensitivity of the information, why wasn't a trading halt called immediately? There was plenty of time to draft the announcement after the stock was in TH. It's a very disappointing decision on managements part IMO.
