Another thing, with all the talk NDO should have done a rights Issue etc b4 Gindara. Well maybe they did canvas interest with major shareholders and couldnt get it away ?
The structure of the RIghts Issue/ Placement whatever if it does come might answer that question? IE individual investors can get 20k worth etc as opposed to 1 for 2 etc
