Sorry Rebel that is plain wrong - there have been plenty of semi-detached dwellings in the $150k to $180k in the northern suburbs with the odd few around $140k in the last couple of years. I don't share your sentiment that semi's will be under $100k in the future, although would LOVE the opportunity.
