Yes, i agree there is a big difference between valuations ranges but that depends on various assumptions and a range of factors. Which ever way you cut it what they have now is worth at least a few cents and where the stock is now it is reasonable to say it is at the bottom of the range and one is not even pricing the optionality value.
Last month it was trading at 16c+ , this time last year it got up 23.5c, in march this yr it crashed to 8.9c before running to 16c. Now its at 4.2c
However one values galoc and its other assets, the price had liitle to do with the valuation, it was purely speculation. But that is the game
So what they drilled was a duster and people are upset, but that is the game they are in. In the coming future they will be drilling more holes.
Yes indeed, worst case scenario they may need to raise additional cap, but that is what explorers do, at least these guys are generating revenue and cashflow to fund some of this if not all depending on what actions they partake in.
But as they conduct a drill program, the bet is on whether something will be found, if it is, bang!! there is 10/20/30+ cents in blink of an eye. It will run. Another duster, it will crash again. That is how these stock are. It is a ride. It would be good to break it down to a nice neat financial model formula to give the answer, but the market doesnt work that way.
