That is fine cuppa. Yes it does have some of the less desirable in society living there, but I honestly don't think it is as bad as many make it out to be. Everyone needs somewhere to live and the Outer Northern Suburbs of Adelaide are probably the cheapest rent in the country major city wise.

Yep - not really focused on capital growth per-se. Prefer the properties to pretty much pay for themselves and build income streams over time. That said the areas I invest in are slated for major urban renewal over the next decade which should change values a tad.
