    can't get past that dilution problem - CCC makes great advances that result in an sp landslide. It makes no sense to me.

    Consolidation - Many stocks crash absolutely such as Elders, when consolidation is tried. Then they rise rapidly.

    What's the point in investing if no single announcement is going to turn the sp around? Is patience the answer?
