THIS IS OLD NEWS atleast 6 months old i think mention of the contract and the $4/ton for every ton taken away for processing,as well as the $20k upfront paid.
Axm reports are worth reading.Not bad to get rid of an old contaminated tailings tip for a possible million bucks,that's no good to you or anyone else,that you can't process yourself.The contract included them removing ore off site to a processing facility from memory.
maybe also reduce existing site environmental bond at the same time?
where's the downside if it actually happens.It seems more of a reissued statement to me by the company concerned for their own needs.It may not happen at all,so all apex has had is $20k,which they told you about months ago-what's the fuss?
