Acquisition by stealth...
I am more than a little pissed off by CUO's progress.
I can't believe these opportunistic b@$^@%*$ are doing so well to creep up the register.
Obviously timing this bid with the Bolnisi buy out and all those shares overhanging has helped their cause.
What grieves me is that they must be almost believing their own hype that CUO's takeover is good for URL's shareholders.
It is more onerous on us URL shareholders to vote in the forthcoming Xstrata bid and hopefully kill CUO's bid once and for all.
I have great faith in the current management on this project which will turn out to be pretty big IMO.
