Try growing and carrying or smoking some Mariuarnia in the Asian Countries basically a life sentence depending on your age. In Australia these things are possible and some are treated as misdemeanours If I do not provide Identification maybe finger printing Breath Test or a Saliva etc test then I can be held under arrest until I provide It . Try making a misdeameanour on a tram and not providing proper ID You can be arrested and held By Force by these transit Cops .
