UT,do you seriously think in 5 years your renters will pay you that much more.They can only afford so much,and people are struggling now,so I dont know how people are going to have more money down the track.PI's keep banking on rents increasing endlessly,but there has to be a crunch time,and especially for people on low incomes or benefits. UT,I see you havent included the interest you would have payed over the 5 to 10 year timeframe.I'm assuming you have a loan on the properties? Anyway,at the end of the day if your happy with your strategy goodluck to you.I do love the bit about you living in those proerties though.I wonder if you'd increase the security if you had to move in,lol
