So this could mean, that the decision can be announced later than expected.

That depends on when you are expecting the decision..I firmly believe by the end of July we will have an announcement..Really can't see it being dragged out any longer.. You have to remember that the government want to put this to bed as soon as possible they need to be decisive and show they are in control.. Politically nothing to be gained by dragging this out.. If the decision is made by the end of July then that"s 2 months that is a reasonable amount of time to make a decision based on the facts contained in the report..
