I think there is some uncertainty from the BNY Mellon's shareowner services acquisition and whether it will be denied due to antitrust grounds.
"If HSR approval is not obtained within 12 months, CPU will pay BNY Mellon a reverse break fee of USD 30 million." from CPU investor presentation.
A great potential acquisition and still a good long term buy as. I have personally sold and bought some very recently but am scalping 2-3% gains instead of holding for long term. There are other great stocks at far better valuations but CPU is a great stock to trade.
Great sideways trend between $9 - 9.40 and great support at $8.90 if im wrong at $9.
