Ive got Solar just installed. Great little system.
2.1 KW with a Zantrax 3KW inverter ( so can add more panels over time ) 11 x 190 panels
Cost to me $5000 all up.
Best day generation so far 12KWH Currently averaging 9KWH
Averaging from 9 KWH about 7 KWH into the grid so $3.50 a day.
Talk about a scam.
The people without Solar have just subsidised me to the max hense power bills are going up to pay for this subsidy.
How crazy is this. In Qld we have a Net system so whatever power i dont use goes into the grid. I get 50 cents a KWH for this while normal power is 19 cents aKWH.
So this means I do nothing during the day. No dishwasher. No washing machine . No oven . No ironing etc.
The house runs during the day on fumes. The during the peak period I load up and do all washing Ironing etc
So i'm draining the system at the peak times.
What a crazy system.
My power bill after the first 3 months of the system went from $650 per quarter to $90 after you applied the generated rebate of 50 cents per KWH.
Yippee. Get in on this cash cow before they change it.
