UT,why is $100 a week high.We agreed yesterday,that you have to tip in another $50 a week to cover the mortgage.So what does council rates,water rates,emergency services levy,building insurance(do you have landlord's insurance,lol),maintenance and land tax add up to a week?Did I miss anything?
