Balilow, I've been following your posts for a while now and I thank you for you contributions which sometimes seems eerily prescient. I know you did predict a dip in SP for a bit followed by larger holders accumulating and then a JV announcement.
Thinking aloud here, so don't flame me for this, but what I am guessing is happening is that potential JV partners are torn between getting their hands on a rare quality PGM resource and the legal risk which still seems to be hanging over NKWE's head.
They could be demanding a significant risk discount on the assets based on perceived risk, while NKWE management are holding out for a better deal. With our cash position as it is however, there is only so long we can hold out for, and as our cash position diminishes, our bargaining power grows weaker.
