The MAlaysian Government has said it will rely on FACTS
So far 3 agencies have looked at LYC and all (yet to announce the IAEA) have given it the thumbs up
All the IAEA was commissioned to do was to see the level of radiation was within levels acceptable. Thats all. These guys werent looking at the plumbing. Just the radiation.
From what I have read they found more back ground radiation than from lynas processing (Thorium)
