The Dutchess facility is essentially like capital raising anyway and they need to keep this for the Mets IMO. They need ongoing capital to fund the second Met and pay the employees - particularly this new AUS sales manager.

Will be interesting what direction they take on the Soph's. They might have to seek some from other broker houses as surely the existing Sophs would be getting a bit 'full' from the last few placements unless they traded.

Still think upfront payment option would do so much more for the SP with the Dutchess faciltiy then only needed for running expenses.
